How To Place An Order
We make your order process simple and convenient. You can place your order via phone at (773)229-9780, fax at (773)229-9781 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also choose to shop online using our online catalog and secure web store. Choose the item you are interested in and click "add to shopping cart". You may add more items, change the quantity and remove items at any time. You may also click "Shopping Cart" at any time to review your order. When you have finished shopping, click "Shopping Cart" and follow the prompts to complete your order. You will need to select payment options and verify the shipping address(es). Please note: because our web site is not tied into live inventory, there is a possibility that the merchandise you order is no longer available. Orders are filled on a first-come first served basis.
We accept the following forms of payment
- VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards.
NOTE: Credit Cards are authorized when you submit your order; your credit card account is, however, charged only after your order is picked and ready to ship.

Our prices do not include shipping. You are responsible for the shipping & handling charges. Over 95% of all items shown on the site are in stock now. All in stock items are shipped within one to four business days of your order being placed on the site. We work with several shipping companies to find you the best and most reasonably priced means to deliver your order. The shopping cart in our web store will calculate shipping charges for you.
Transit Time. The following map gives an approximate estimate of the standard shipping transit time for your order. (This does not include the 1-4 business days needed in our warehouse to process your order).
Returned Goods. No merchandise may be returned to us without our prior authorization. Merchandise that is authorized by us to be
returned must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of order, or the merchandise will be refused and you will be responsible for all
costs incurred by you, third parties and us. Authorized returns within (30) days will be refunded for the cost of product only, outbound shipping charges will not be refunded.
Damaged, defective or wrongly shipped
merchandise authorized by us for return will be picked up from your location at our cost. A full refund (including outbound shipping charges), credit or exchange will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.
All other merchandise must be returned to our
warehouse freight prepaid and must be accompanied with your original sales order or invoice number for proper credit and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
All clearance category sales are final, no returns or refunds will be accepted on clearance items.
All merchandise returned without our
prior authorization or sent collect will be refused by us and will be
returned to you at your sole expense. We reserve the right to replace
returned merchandise or, if no stock is available, to credit your
