How To Place An Order

Ordering
We make your order process simple and convenient.  You can place your order via phone at (773)229-9780, fax at (773)229-9781 or email at sales@rockbottomdeals.biz.  You can also choose to shop online using our online catalog and secure web store.  Choose the item you are interested in and click "add to shopping cart".  You may add more items, change the quantity and remove items at any time.  You may also click "Shopping Cart" at any time to review your order.  When you have finished shopping, click "Shopping Cart" and follow the prompts to complete your order. You will need to select payment options and verify the shipping address(es). Please note: because our web site is not tied into live inventory, there is a possibility that the merchandise you order is no longer available. Orders are filled on a first-come first served basis.

Shipping
Our prices do not include shipping.  You are responsible for the shipping & handling charges.  Over 95% of all items shown on the site are in stock now. All in stock items are shipped within one to four business days of your order being placed on the site.  We work with several shipping companies to find you the best and most reasonably priced means to deliver your order.  The shopping cart in our web store will calculate shipping charges for you. 

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes Unfortunately due to restrictions from policies with our shipping companies, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please include a valid address with your order.

We have a minimum shipping charge of $9.95 per order.  We have a minimum charge to help offset the cost of processing smaller orders.  We have very low profit margins and after deducting credit card or paypal fees along with shipping material and labor costs, we would end up losing money on smaller orders.  Shipping is calculated based on weight and zip code.  Once the minimum threshhold of $9.95 is met, we charge actual shipping.  You can most likely order more of the item you are interested in for the same $9.95 shipping charge or you can probably mix and match with other products from our website.  This will help lower your delivered unit cost. Either way, the shipping calculator will assist you in determining the best option for you at no obligation. Our goal is not to make a profit on shipping but to offer our customers a chance to purchase smaller packed/lower priced products at a reasonable margin for us and a great savings to them.

Transit Time. The following map gives an approximate estimate of the standard shipping transit time for your order. (This does not include the 1-4 business days needed in our warehouse to process your order).

Returns
Returned Goods. No merchandise may be returned to us without our prior authorization. Merchandise that is authorized by us to be returned must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of order, or the merchandise will be refused and you will be responsible for all costs incurred by you, third parties and us. Damaged, defective or wrongly shipped merchandise authorized by us for return will be picked up from your location at our cost. A refund, credit or exchange will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. All other merchandise must be returned to our warehouse freight prepaid and must be accompanied with your original sales order or invoice number for proper credit. All merchandise returned without our prior authorization or sent collect will be refused by us and will be returned to you at your sole expense. We reserve the right to replace returned merchandise or, if no stock is available, to credit your account. . Failure to provide adequate notice and follow these procedures constitutes an irrevocable waiver of your right to return and refund.
